FUTURE  PROGRESSIVE (ALSO CALLED FUTURE CONTINUOUS TENSE)

The future progressive is used to say that we will be in the middle of doing something at a certain time in the future.  In other words, it expresses an action that will be in progress at a time in the future.

Example:  She will be  performing when you come.

Don’t worry, she will be coming back soon.

Forming the future progressive

This tense is made up of the future tense of to be (will be) and adding ING to the verb.

Example:  At this time tomorrow, I will be acting out on the stage.

Negative structures are formed by adding won’t before the auxiliary be.

Example: At this time tomorrow, I won’t be acting out on the stage.

Interrogative structures are formed by placing will before the subject.

Example:  Will you be acting out on the stage at this time tomorrow?
